Starting support rates
These services are optional, additional charges and are not included in equipment rates unless the written quote says so.
Standalone setup & handover
R1 500 ex VATper bookingAt one location: configuration, pairing or reset, functional checks, a basic user briefing and handover.
On-site operator support
R3 000 ex VATper operatorRoutine setup and strike are included within the booked hours. Work beyond 5 hours moves to the full-day rate.
On-site operator support
R5 000 ex VATper operatorRoutine setup and strike are included within the booked hours. Overtime applies after hour 10.
Operator time is portal-to-portal. After a 10-hour day, the first 4 overtime hours are R750/hour ex VAT, then R1 000/hour, billed in 15-minute increments per operator. Delivery and collection start at R450 ex VAT and are distance-based; mileage is quoted at R7,50/km, with tolls, parking and accommodation at cost. A dedicated out-of-province travel day is quoted separately, normally R2 500 ex VAT per operator plus travel costs. Content creation, account provisioning, event production and capture planning remain separately scoped.

1. Scope and verify
Confirm the customer or company, responsible contact, dates, location, use case and any elevated-risk activity.
2. Confirm equipment and terms
The written quote identifies the equipment, accessories, billable dates, return arrangements and any quote-specific deposit or liability terms.
3. Record handover condition
Equipment, serials, accessories and working condition are recorded before release to the authorised renter.
4. Inspect and close the return
Returned equipment is checked promptly, exceptions are recorded, and cleaning or maintenance is scheduled before the next hire.
